Job Description

  Roles and Responsibilities  
 Take complete ownership of the supply chain projects.
 Maintain a tracker of the projects and provide updated status of the projects, highlight projects which are beyond timeline.
 Discuss with the stakeholders and address concerns.
 Escalate to top management, if timelines are not met/support required.
 Vendor Management to ensure developments/customizations are as planned.
 Prepare a detailed MIS for the management.
 Maintain and Provide analytics data as and when required.
 Act as the coordinator for all the Projects.
 Handle customer escalations/queries and ensure timely closure.
 Maintain a customer service tracker for monitoring of TATs and other information.
 Comply with all the regulations both external & internal.
