Product Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Manager to lead product planning, assortment, and inventory strategies for our beauty and personal care portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail merchandising within the beauty industry, understands emerging trends in skincare and cosmetics, and is passionate about creating product offerings that resonate with the Filipino consumer. This role is responsible for managing the product lifecycle—from sourcing and development to in-store execution—while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and suppliers to ensure profitable growth and brand alignment.
