Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to support product and marketing activities for a luxury skincare brand in the Japan market. This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career professional with a strong marketing mindset, hands-on local launch experience, and solid sales forecasting skills. The position focuses on local launch planning, campaign execution, and marketing tool development, with close collaboration with Regional marketing team. 


How you will create a beautiful impact:


Local Launch & Campaign Execution

  • Build and execute local product launch plans aligned with global strategy for both B&M and E-commerce

  • Develop and localize marketing campaigns for the Japan market

  • Plan and execute exclusive offers for local POP-up events and Gaisho initiatives

  • Adapt global assets and concepts to ensure relevance to Japanese consumers while maintaining luxury brand standards
