THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Reporting to the GreenShield Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving the strategic

development of products that enhance our capabilities within the GreenShield+ integrated payer‑provider platform including building tools practitioners love to use every day

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of products and services that align with GreenShield’s strategic goal of enabling efficient care.
• Drive prioritization and requirement definition while contributing to long‑term product vision and strategy.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, gather and evaluate requirements, and translate them into actionable product plans.
• Partner closely with clinical operations stakeholders to ensure product alignment with operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
