About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Equity Options and Listed Futures Product Manager to lead the onboarding and integration of new Order Management System (OMS) capabilities that support U.S. and Canadian listed derivatives trading. Although the title is Product Manager,” this is fundamentally a business–technology execution role requiring someone who understands the trading business, knows OMS plumbing end to end, and can drive vendor delivery with rigor and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• OMS Integration & Delivery
  • Lead the onboarding and deployment of new OMS functionality to support U.S. and Canadian equity options and listed futures trading.
  • Evaluate vendor-delivered functionality deeply, including FIX workflows, routing logic, allocations, average pricing, give ups, step outs, and clearing processes.
