Product Manager, TSX Trust (12-month Contract)

The Product Manager participates in the creation and management of Transfer Agency Services new and or renovation products and services for listed issuers, from the idea stage to launch. This role provides support for the development/improvement of systems used by clients and internal staff in TSX Trust, as well as ongoing business support for active products during their lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities

• Maximizes ROI by ensuring product functions and features align with TSX Trust long‑term goals.
• Advocates for the customer to ensure the product is intuitive and solves a real pain point.
• Research market trends, analyze competitors and talk to customers to create a product roadmap – a high level blueprint of where the product is headed over the next 1‑3 years.
• Provides knowledge of business processes and technical capabilities to ensure IT teams have the information required to implement quality products that provide business value. <...
