Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration for new and existing wealth and investment products.
Drive growth and performance of the bank's wealth and investment products through customer acquisition, driving usage and retention.
Perform financial and business risk analysis for new and existing products and partners.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements, new features, and innovative solutions to meet customer needs and drive engagement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technology, marketing, and finance teams, to ensure successful product development and launch.
Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to refine and optimize product offerings for increased customer retention.
