Product Manager – Workforce Management

The Product Manager, Workforce Management, will take hands‑on ownership of our workforce management solution’s squad operations—owning the day‑to‑day execution, backlog quality, and delivery velocity. This high‑growth, high‑visibility role reports directly to the Group Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Day‑to‑Day Squad Leadership

• Own and facilitate squad ceremonies—daily refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary product voice in the squad, resolving day‑to‑day blocking questions whenever possible before escalating to the Group PM.
• Maintain and actively manage the squad’s backlog: write, refine, and prioritize tickets with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring regular and ongoing process improvements.
• Track and drive ticket velocity from a product‑management perspective, removing ambiguity that slows engineering.
