We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy, driving positioning, messaging, and enablement for our AI-powered Customer Service Platform.
This is a full-stack PMM role, meaning you'll touch every aspect of product marketing—from launches and sales enablement to customer research and content strategy—while collaborating across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to craft and execute strategies that fuel growth.
