Product & Marketing Manager

We are hiring: Product & Marketing Manager | Nairobi
MOGO Auto Limited (part of Eleving Group) is looking for a Product & Marketing Manager to drive product growth and go-to-market execution across our financing portfolio in Kenya.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn market and customer insights into successful product launches, high-performing campaigns, and measurable sales growth.
What you will do
Launch and scale new financing products and offers
Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns
Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
Work closely with Sales and Operations to support commercial performance
What we are looking for
Strong experience in product marketing, growth, or commercial roles
Proven record of launching products or campaigns with clear sales impact
Hands-on digital marketing experience (Meta, Google, SEO)
Commercial mindset and comfort being measured on growth KPIs
