ROLE OVERVIEW:

DEVELOPS BRAND PLANS

• Extracts and analyzes data trends in the market, and uses market intelligence data to develop brand and division plans
• Formulates brand strategies, sets brand targets, and develops the brand message, promotion plan, program, and calendar
• Supports in crafting the Brand DNA or positioning by looking into the needs of the target market, evaluating product benefits, and conducting competitive reviews
• Assists in the development of new products by aligning with internal enablers from sourcing to actual product launch

EXECUTES AND MONITORS BRAND PROGRAMS

• Executes programs identified in the marketing plan by conceptualizing the program mechanics, identifying the program targets and deliverables, formulating contingency plan based on risk assessment, aligning with key stakeholders, tracking progress of the program, and providing post program reports
