Product Officer

Key Responsibilities

I. Digital Library Resources

• Maintain and monitor digital resource listings (e.g., VitalSource, Perlego).
• Prepare product briefs, pricing, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Manage trial access, usage reports, and publisher coordination.
• Request quotations, pricing approvals, and subscription documents.
• Coordinate PO processing, RS, PR, item entry, and account setup.
• Handle publisher technical issues and bundle creation.
• Track subscription pipeline and notify sales of expirations.
• Provide updated pricelists to Sales monthly.
• Secure distributorship certificates as required.

II. Administrative

• Comply with company policies and directives.
• Participate in performance reviews and staff development.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the unit head.
