Remote Product Operational Analyst, Data Analyst, Advertising to analyze operational data, develop insights, and improve operational processes. 


What you'll be doing: 
Analyze operational systems data using UserVoice, Jira, and AirTable
Create reports on operational performance
Maintain data, ensure data quality
Support product development


What you will need:
3-5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Product Operations
Strong analysis
Experience with customer service platforms, project / product management tools such as Jira, UserVoice, Zendesk
Experience with spreadsheets, tools such as AirTable, Google Suite
