                    Job Description Monitor key Craftland performance metrics (participation rate, playtime, retention), analyze performance trends, and produce structured reports with recommendations.
Operate independently in planning, execution, and reporting of Craftland initiatives, ensuring cross-team alignment when needed.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand Indonesian Craftland players’ and creators’ pain points, and translate findings into actionable product hygiene improvements or content strategies.
Maintain and grow the existing UGC creator community, ensuring strong engagement, structured communication, and long-term creator program sustainability.
Manage freelance developers to deliver high-quality PUGC maps, including concept briefing, milestone tracking, QA coordination, and performance evaluation.
