Take charge of important operational functions that affect product life cycles at Indigo. You will manage the execution of visual merchandising and provide valuable coaching to Customer Experience Representatives (CERs). Building a collaborative and engaged store culture will be key to your success in this leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct product flow processes and merchandising activities
• Oversee markdowns and promotional setups to drive margins
• Maintain health and safety standards for all staff
• Open and close the store, managing daily operations
• Encourage innovation and technology for customer solutions
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Proven leadership skills and ability to coach teams
