DarkVision, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Product Operations Manager to support the execution and delivery of DarkVision’s award winning industrial imaging technology. This role is focused on delivery execution, addressing customer follow‑up questions, and coordinating service quality objectives, enabling the Product Manager to focus on longer‑term planning, roadmap development, and team leadership. 

This role works closely with Product, Data Analysis, Data Development & Ops, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure customer commitments are clearly scoped and prioritized appropriately. You’ll help coordinate and keep teams on track to deliver high-quality results on time. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from the ground up what goes into ensuring our products are high impact for our customers, while bringing highly dynamic and multifaceted diversity to your day-to-day tasks.
