Role Overview

You will run our agile cadence, translate the founder's voice notes into epics and user stories, keep ClickUp single‑source‑of‑truth, and turn meeting transcripts into clear SOPs. You'll facilitate a tight daily huddle, maintain progress dashboards, chase blockers, and keep everyone on track.

Core Responsibilities

Agile execution

• Facilitate daily huddles (≤15 min), sprint planning, reviews, and retros.
• Convert founder inputs (notes/voice/transcripts) into epics, user stories, tasks with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain grooming cadence; enforce WIP limits; manage dependencies & risks.
