Job Details:

Location: Suntec

Salary: Up $3400 / month

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm - able to WFH

 Duration: 1 Year (Renewable Yearly)

Responsibilities:

● Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative product data, including product adoption rate

● Serve as the crucial execution arm of the Product Operations team, overseeing critical quality assurance (QA) checks and managing the successful rollout of beta testing

● Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication around the product, and regularly use product insights to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree

Preferably with working experience in operations with customer service
