The Role

We're hiring a Product Owner to build and own ARQ's operating system: the company‑wide KPI platform, the employee directory it runs on, and the back‑office tools that let ARQ grow and stay efficient. ARQ barely pays for external software anymore. The systems we run on are the ones we build ourselves, and this role owns them.
