Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Owner to own and evolve the Codebeamer ALM platform, enabling engineering teams to manage requirements, testing, and traceability in a compliant and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Codebeamer product backlog aligned to business and engineering needs
- Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and configurations within Codebeamer
- Configure and manage requirements, test management, traceability, and baselines
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and compliance stakeholders to support regulated development
- Ensure end-to-end traceability, reporting, and audit readiness
- Drive continuous improvement of ALM processes and tool adoption
