This is a hybrid leadership role blending product ownership, team mentorship, and strategic consulting. You will be the driving force behind a key transformation squad, ensuring alignment between business vision and agile delivery while nurturing team growth.

Your Mission:

To lead and own the squad backlog for the BMP rollout, acting as the crucial link between business stakeholders and the delivery team. You will ensure that every delivered feature creates value, adheres to compliance standards, and advances Allianz’s strategic transformation goals—all while mentoring Business Analysts and contributing to organizational excellence.
