Product Owner CRM / ATS

Overview

As a Bullhorn Product Manager , you will be responsible for defining and delivering key product features. You will work closely with key users, Kube directors, and internal HQ Bullhorn teams to provide direction, guidance, and support. The role requires in-depth product knowledge and an understanding of workflow and feature relationships.

This position involves gathering requirements, managing development projects, and ensuring that the Bullhorn CRM system aligns with the company’s strategic goals. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, drive product improvements, and facilitate adoption of new features.
