📍 Remote, UK ¦ Full Time
Join IRIS Software Group as a Product Owner supporting our Education Managed Services division, helping shape and improve the tools used across Payroll, HR and Pensions operations.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong payroll/product experience who enjoys solving operational challenges, driving efficiencies and working closely with both technical and business teams.
What you’ll be doing 👇
Owning and managing the product backlog across key internal platforms
Translating business requirements into clear Jira stories, bugs and technical tasks
Working closely with developers within an Agile environment
Leading continuous improvements across Payroll, HR and Pension systems
Supporting automation and efficiency projects
