Job Description
We are hiring for Banking ITES headquartered at Navi Mumbai. This Role is 5 days work from Office. We are looking for a Product Owner (Business Analyst) for HRMS meeting the below criteria
1. Core Product Management Skills
Product vision & roadmap definition
End-to-end product lifecycle ownership
Product backlog management
Multi-module delivery oversight
User story creation & requirement translation
Workshop facilitation
Stakeholder alignment & value realisation
Enterprise product governance
2. Domain Expertise (HRMS / ERP)

Employee Lifecycle Management
Time & Attendance
Payroll & Benefits (complex payroll handling mandatory)

Data privacy standards
3. Technical / Platform Knowledge
HRMS / ERP platforms such as:
