Responsibilities

• Work with team management to define product strategy, features, and priorities.
• Conduct usability studies to understand customer pain points/challenges/requirements.
• Prepare crisp and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Define and wireframe the user journeys and flows.
• Work with UX designers, developers, and testers to develop and release the feature.
• Engage with external partners/vendors to identify integration requirements.
• Monitor and track utilisation/performance of features post-release.
• Possess a solid understanding of technologies used in compliance, risk, and internal audit platforms, including secure APIs, encryption standards, data governance controls, and regulatory-grade data security.
