Responsibilities
Work with team management to define product strategy, features, and priorities.
Conduct usability studies to understand customer pain points/challenges/requirements.
Prepare crisp and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs).
Define and wireframe the user journeys and flows.
Work with UX designers, developers, and testers to develop and release the feature.
Engage with external partners/vendors to identify integration requirements.
Monitor and track utilisation/performance of features post-release.
Possess a solid understanding of technologies used in compliance, risk, and internal audit platforms, including secure APIs, encryption standards, data governance controls, and regulatory-grade data security.
