Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements
• Analyze existing systems, processes, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and assist in backlog grooming and prioritization
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to design, build, and launch product features
• Translate business and user needs into a prioritized product roadmap and backlog
• Create and maintain documentation (requirements, process flows, release notes, user guides)
• Conduct UAT and support QA for deployments and product releases
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance product delivery efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
