Product Owner – ServiceNow Risk & Compliance

Your Day-to-Day

• Act as the Product Owner for the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) module within ServiceNow.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the team backlog (user stories, enablers, defects) in alignment with the ERM strategy and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to translate complex business needs into actionable user stories.
• Participate in PI Planning and coordinate with the Product Manager, RTE, and Business Owners to align deliverables with organizational goals.
• Represent the voice of the customer across the Audit, Risk, and Compliance functions, ensuring business value and regulatory compliance are maintained.
