Erfahrung als Product Owner / IT Application Manager / ITSM 
Fundiertes Know‑how in IT Service Management 
Jira & Confluence 
Praxis in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) & Backlog‑Management 
Verständnis von ITSM/ITIL 
KPIs & Serviceprozessen 
Erfahrung mit Automation (z.B. JSM Automation, Power Platform) 
SaaS/Cloud & Schnittstellen (APIs) 
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI Tools (z.B. Microsoft365 Copilot) und grundlegendes Verständnis von Machine‑Learning-Konzepten 
Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
