Product Quality Engineer

Job OverviewThe Product Quality Engineer reports directly to the Product Quality Engineering Manager of the plant and functionally to the Product Quality Engineering Leader.The engineer is the plant's quality reference for its technical scope (organic, functional, process).
In mass‐production, he ensures the industrialization (from a quality perspective) of new parts, analyzes defects, and contributes to the convergence of quality results in new and in‐use parts by identifying ICA actions.He/she coordinates the quality of suppliers on his/her panel.ResponsibilitiesStrategic ResponsibilitiesLead the external customer satisfaction on all external KPIs such as 3MIS, 1MIS, PDI, Consumer Report, JDP, social media.Meet Quality/Product/Process requirements.Operational ResponsibilitiesLead customer‐claim investigations to identify root cause and corrective actions to satisfy customer expectations.Integrate engineering product‐related changes into the assembly plant.Resolve complex issue...
