Product Quality Engineer

Conduct quality risk assessments for all manufacturing processes during the NPI phase, establish process control points, and support continuous process improvement to ensure smooth project ramp-up and mass production.
Utilize quality tools such as yield reports, Pareto charts, MIL, and yield bridge analysis to perform production process (MP) data collection and analysis, while driving cross-functional teams to achieve yield improvement targets within the required timeline.
Lead the analysis, corrective actions, tracking, and closure of critical quality issues affecting production delivery schedules, and develop Lesson Learned documentation for internal knowledge sharing.
Lead the acceptance and validation of production line inspection equipment, including 200x repeatability, GR&R, correlation studies, and related data analysis and reporting.
