Product Quality Specialist

**Job Summary:**

Leads the Plant Product Quality Council process to improve quality, reduce warranty payments, and improve customer satisfaction across multiple plants or for a business unit.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Directs multiple teams that plan, track, and report on delivered quality and reliability of products or subsystems produced in a plant. Ensures that all issues as reported through corrective action requests, supplier corrective action requests, or nonconforming materials reports are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Solves highly complex quality issues as they are escalated. Establishes processes and tools to improve functional excellence in the prevention of failures. Networks with other Product Quality Council Leaders to understand trends within the organization and to solve cross-business unit and cross-functional quality challenges.
