Product Quality Specialist

Job Summary :

The position is responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality and compliance standards. He/ She collaborates closely with QA and service team to monitor product quality and resolve quality issues with partners. He/ She is also responsible in applying/ renewing various compliances/ certifications, and coordinate with accredited test laboratories for performing safety and performance tests.

PRODUCT QUALITY

• Monitor and organize defect rate and trends from QA and after sales data base.
• Monitor and organize all pending quality concerns reported.
• Analyze root causes of product issues based on customer feedback and return data. Thus secure solutions with partners.
• Conduct initial shipment quality inspection to ensure good quality and matches expectation.
