Product Representative

Join our frontline team and help elevate patient experience by supporting Prima — our clinic-based health products and services. If you're passionate about service, sales, and wellness, this role is for you.

• Process payments and verify patient information for accurate transactions
• Endorse Prima members for proper queuing when availing of clinic services
• Prepare and submit reports related to Prima and other clinic products
• Follow up with patients after their procedures to ensure a seamless experience
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Computer proficient, with knowledge of healthcare software & electronic health records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with administrative, sales, and customer service protocols
• Amenable to project-based employment
