Product Research & Development Specialist

Role Highlights:

• Oversee the end-to-end cosmetic product development process from concept to launch.
• Ensure FDA and regulatory compliance prior to product release.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in cosmetic / skin care / personal care product development and registration.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulation, and FDA regulations.
• Proven ability in documentation management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent project management, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
