Job Description
• Supports the PRD Manager in planning, cascading, resource preparation, standardization, documentation, analysis and evaluation of new/enhanced or alternative products in a production scale set-up.
• Prepares manufacturing process validation protocol.
• Reviews relevant resources needed for PRD projects such as but not limited to raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, equipment and among others.
• Prepares and submits PRD Project Plan to the PRD Manager.
• Supervises and reviews testing and analysis results.
• Supervises product formulation procedure.
• Prepares and submits final PRD Project Report to PRD Manager for review and approval.
• Performs the product registration in the system.
• Supervises product matching based on the required parameters and assessment of a given reference sample.
• Assists in the conduct of PRD Project briefing and rollout.
• Supervises laboratory trials for new/enhanced/alternative products.
