Product Specialist

Job Overview:
The Product Specialist is a position that combines sales, marketing and technical skills to manage, promote and sell a particular product line. Product Specialist expands relationships with existing and prospective clients by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow the product.

The Product Specialist works with the marketing department to develop a long-term marketing strategy that includes promotions, market analysis and trend analysis to determine the position of the product in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

a) Pre-Sales Activities

• Makes the necessary preparations for the system presentation to potential clients
• Conducts actual demonstration of the assigned product line (ERIC ERP and/or ERIC DMS)
• Scope and documents the business requirements and identify possible system modifications and system enhancements
