The Product Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including customer needs identification, market research, ideation, pilot testing, roll-out, promotion, and continuous enhancement.
Working alongside consultants, IT, Operations, and support teams, the Product Manager (acting as Product Owner) will evolve a mobile application designed to provide financial services to an emerging digital market. The goal is to deliver a fast, convenient, and secure experience that delights customers, establishes PERA HUB as a household brand, and transforms how users manage their daily lives.
He/she will collaborate closely with marketing consultants, e-wallet partners, and vendors to identify relevant services and translate a high-level vision into structured, actionable project plans. This role facilitates agile implementation and ensures clear communication across all stakeholders.
