Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Product Specialist:

• Serves as primary contact person for orthopedic support in the areas of surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service technical support.
• Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms to keep all customers abreast of the latest development, recommended therapies, and technological updates and current items of interest in the industry.
• Attends surgical procedures in operating rooms of hospital accounts to assure customer and patient success with orthopedics products.
• Ensures proper and timely sales ordering and submission of required documentation needed for sales process and collection in accordance with Company's policy and procedure.
