Education and/or Experience:

• Candidate must be a Medical Technology graduate.
• A professional license is required.
• With at least 1 year experience as medical technologist.
• Key competencies include analytical decision-making, attention to detail, teamwork, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and initiative.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively engage with all staff levels and customers.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel and be dispatched to various locations across Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao for short periods
