We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own complex DCS incidents including batch execution failures, controller and module communication issues, and configuration deployments.
• Lead technical root cause analysis for recurring and major incidents and implement corrective actions under SOP.
• Execute pre approved service requests such as controlled restarts, configuration changes and recoveries.
