Description

Responsible for providing day‑to‑day project and product support for marketed products. Assists in developing and adding new products to be marketed.

Key Responsibilities

• Works with product management to understand product changes and upcoming product launches and to communicate information to the region.
• Serves as the first line of communication on all product issues, quality questions, and product returns.
  • Supports the region in resolving product issues/problems.
  • Assists in product launches and gathering information for the product development process.
