In this role, you will:
+ Act as Second Level Support for global customers within the Flight Services organization, specifically supporting Crew Manager product solutions.
+ Analyze, replicate, and resolve medium to highly complex issues across application, environment, database, and network layers in a high‑availability environment using advanced diagnostic tools.
+ Provide support for both front‑end and back‑end applications, and recommend best‑practice approaches for system usage and maintenance.
+ Liaise with cross‑functional teams—Development, Product, Account Teams—to ensure proper prioritization and resolution of service requests and maintenance issues.
