You will be outsourced/deployed to our client as Product Specialist, Telemarketing.

Job scope:

• Achieve assigned sales KPIs while meeting call quality, operational, and regulatory standards
• Convert bank-provided leads into sales through outbound telemarketing activities
• Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Handle customer enquiries confidently and ensure timely follow-ups
• Conduct all calls in full compliance with regulations and Quality Assurance guidelines
• Coordinate with internal departments to support policy issuance and fulfillment
• Take ownership of business and regulatory risks, proactively identifying concerns and applying sound risk management practices
