The Product Supervisor is responsible for effectively and efficiently:

• Onboarding and launching new products/partners under the assigned Product Category;
• Managing assigned products/partners, including achieving their target
• Responsible for executing all AVP logistics in coordinating and resolving COWs and Sub-Agent concerns with AVP Service Partners.

SCANNING Products/Services in the Market, PARTNER ONBOARDING & PRODUCT LAUNCH

• Market Scanning for potential Products under assigned Product Categories

• In-charge of potential partner meet-ups and relevant documentation for on-boarding of new Partners, and assists in the negotiation of commercial terms (that will form part of the Contracts

• Schedules Partner meet-ups and prepares Minutes of the Meeting (MoM);
