A Product Support Agent I is an experienced Customer Service Representative responsible for providing outstanding back-office support of our customer facing teams. A Product Support Agent will support HWD customers with our application offerings including Commercial Insurance and REDS that may require research with various mortgage industry tools to identify and correct errors in the HOA insurance and loan closing process. They will also assist order payment and production through the Exela and Bill2pay processes.
