TTI, Inc., is in search of our next **Product Support Analyst I** for our Global Resource Center located in Guadalajara, Mexico.
This role is an entry level position in the professional Analyst/Buyer series and is accountable for performing shared service processes that support the Corporate Product department.
Bilingual in Spanish & English verbal and written communication is required.
**_ What our Product Support Analyst I do:_**
- Carries out department tasks according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Reviews customer specific inventory programs, including but not limited to Cut Reel, Supplier/Customer site agreements, and TTI Family of Company programs.
- Review and analyze system-generated purchasing report daily to support customer specific needs, and overall inventory strategies.
Ensures timely and accurate data entry, maintains records, and assists in preparing buys to the supplier.
