Job Purpose
This role works closely with Product Managers and suppliers to manage contracts and ensure accurate loading and maintenance of product data in Goway's systems. The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for entering contracts into the database, maintaining data accuracy, and proactively resolving discrepancies related to pricing, content, and supplier updates.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Work various tickets as assigned
Load supplier contracts into the database accurately and in a timely manner
Liaise with Product Managers and other internal teams when clarification is needed
Review and investigate contract loading errors, supplier changes, and reservation discrepancies related to content and pricing
