• Provide technical support for cloud-hosted SaaS products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
