Product Support Engineer for Cebu Branch

Job Description:

1. Actively collaborate with the Marketing Team and Partners on leads generation and events
2. Effectively conduct Product/Solutions Trainings, Updates and Demonstration to Partners & End-user
3. Effectively conduct Enablement Trainings and Technical Presentation to Partners and & End-user
4. Timely provide email, phone and the social media response and support to Partners/Clients' solutions and technical inquiry
5. Timely provide On-site Support to Clients when deem necessary
6. Conduct site-survey/sizing to assess and evaluate the requirement of the Client
7. Conduct POCs and actual demonstration upon request of Partners/Clients'.
8. Assist the Sales Team in the generation of Technical Proposals and Pricing
9. Collaborate and assist co-engineers in resolving Client's issues
10. Continuously update product and technical knowledge
